VThe weather is finally warming up here in Wellington, and what better way to celebrate than with a glass of our brand new rose?

Our new wine maker, Juhan, has created a new product in our Reserve collection – Val du Charron Rose. This blend of 64% Chardonnay, 18% Grenache Blanc, 14% Rousanne, 4% Mouvedre is dry yet crisp and refreshing. Its “cupid’s lips” colour and flavours of watermelon and strawberry make it a sure hit this season. South African wine fans can order online here. What else is new?

  • Room 8 has had a makeover! With third quarter and December holidays around the corner, we decided it was time for our popular family room has to take on a fresh look.
  • Early bird summer specials are now live on our website, and bookings are open for Christmas Lunch and New Year’s Eve dinner and dancing.
  • With 2019 rapidly drawing to a close, we are expanding our conferencing facilities to cater for our corporates as well as special functions requiring a unique setting. Watch this space closer to the end of the month for the beauty shots.
